Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. AI Surgeon is an education and community service operated by Jesse Dashe, MD.
What we collect
We collect the information you give us and a little about how you use the service. That includes your name and email, an optional phone number if you choose to share it, anything you post in the community, and basic usage data such as pages viewed and actions taken. If you buy a membership, our payment processor handles your card details; we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver the service: to run your account, show you the community and courses, and respond when you contact us. We send emails you asked for, such as workshop invites when you opt in and account or billing notices. We send text messages only if you gave express written consent, and only the kind of messages you agreed to receive.
Processors
We rely on a few trusted companies to run the service. Supabase hosts our database. Stripe processes payments. Resend sends our email. Google Cloud provides hosting. These processors handle your information only to provide their service to us, under their own security and privacy commitments.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not trade or rent your contact details.
Your choices
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. For text messages, reply STOP at any time to stop them. You can email us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. If you live in California, you may exercise your rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out, by emailing support@theaisurgeon.ai. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
Data retention
We keep your information while your account is active so the service works for you. When you ask us to delete your data, we delete it after we verify your request, except for anything we must keep to meet a legal or accounting obligation.
