Who we are
AI Surgeon is an education and community service operated by Jesse Dashe, MD. We teach medical professionals how to direct AI tools to build private systems for their own practices. These terms cover your use of our website, workshops, community, and paid memberships. By creating an account or joining a workshop, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Educational content only
Everything we publish, teach, or discuss is for education. It is not medical advice, legal advice, or compliance advice, and it does not create any professional relationship. We are not your attorney, your consultant, or your compliance officer. Before you apply anything you learn here to real patient data, consult a qualified HIPAA attorney or a compliance professional who knows your situation. You remain responsible for your own practice's compliance, including HIPAA, state law, and the policies of your employer or hospital. You are the one who decides what is safe to run in your environment.
Accounts and acceptable use
You agree to give accurate information when you sign up and to keep your login details secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not misuse the service. That includes no harassment, no scraping, no attempts to break or overload our systems, no sharing your paid access with people who have not paid, and no using the service for anything illegal. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or that puts other members or the service at risk.
Community content
You own what you post. By posting, you grant us a license to store, display, and share your content within the service so the community works as intended. Never post real patient information. Do not post names, dates, images, records, or any other detail that could identify a real patient, even inside a question or an example. Use fictional, made-up data instead. We may remove any content, and if someone reports content that appears to contain real patient information, we will remove it promptly.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid memberships are billed monthly through Stripe, our payment processor. Your card is charged at the start of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. We do not charge you again after you cancel. For details on refunds, see our Refund policy. Prices may change, and if they do we will tell you before your next charge.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular result, income, time savings, or compliance outcome. What you build with what you learn is your own work and your own responsibility. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service grows or the law changes. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. If you keep using the service after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.
